How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Submit Evidence: Provide clear, high-quality photos showing the issue with the product (e.g., damage, defect, or incorrect item). Photos must be sent within 5 business days of initiating the request.

Review Process: Our Customer Support Team will review your request and photos within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

Resolution: If approved, the Customer Support Team will determine whether to issue a refund to the original payment method or provide a replacement, based on the issue and product availability. Refunds, if issued, will be processed within 7-10 business days and include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, the Customer Support Team will review the submitted photographic evidence and decide whether to issue a refund or provide a replacement, based on product availability and store discretion. No return of the product is required.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item received and your order confirmation. The Customer Support Team will determine whether to issue a refund or send the correct item at no additional cost, without requiring the return of the incorrect item.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and the item has not yet shipped.

If the order has already shipped, our standard refund or replacement process applies upon submission of photographic evidence.
European Union 14 Day Cooling off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
